The location was very pretty and the staff was always welcoming. Breakfast had lots of food, including outstanding coffee, pastries, butter, fruit and cereal. Extremely accommodating hotel, upscale, panoramic rooms. The service was absolutely good! A short walk to the secluded beach.

Fully equipped hotel with excellent service in unbeatable location close enough to to commute to other locations like port Said, a large shopping mall and the shop. I appreciated the breakfast and restaurant where they served it. Super friendly, professional employees.

Rooms were generally clean, flawless service, magnificent location. The staff was extraordinary service-minded and the building was unique. Roof top bar with karaoke and a piano onsite. The beach was perfect. Food was superb and their restaurant was excellent.

This atmospheric hotel was excellent value for money as contrasted with other options. Booked a room with impressive views. Well experienced, amazingly attentive staff and great swimming pool. The service offered was impeccable too. Small garden outside. There was a fantastic bar and lovely food at the pizza restaurant.
